Meet our new Federal Member – Kara Cook

Kara Cook was elected as the representative for Bonner in the May 2025 Federal Election.
Kara’s life has been shaped by a passion for service – whether as a lawyer advocating for those experiencing domestic violence, as a small business owner, or as a Brisbane City Councillor where she worked to ensure her community had a strong voice on the issues that mattered to them.
Kara is now the representative for our electorate in Canberra.
