Insolvency is rarely just about the numbers. It comes with real human impact—creditors dealing with unexpected losses, employees unsure about their future and entitlements, customers left with lost deposits or half-finished jobs, and directors carrying the stress, guilt, and responsibility of it all.
These situations often call for difficult conversations, and I don’t shy away from them. I approach each one with empathy, understanding, and the knowledge needed to guide people through uncertain territory.
